Health & Safety Project Coordination.
For any major construction project lasting 30 working days or involving more than 500 person-days, the client must appoint a Health & Safety Project Coordinator (HSPC) to oversee compliance and risk management. WorkSafe provides comprehensive HSPC services, ensuring all health and safety obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
We act as a key advisor, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements, manage risks, and facilitate seamless communication between all project stakeholders. Our team ensures that health and safety considerations are integrated at every stage, from design through to completion.

Project Notification & Coordination
We notify the Health & Safety Inspectorate and oversee the coordination of health and safety aspects of design work, eliminating or minimising hazards.
Stakeholder Communication & Risk Management
We facilitate clear communication and cooperation between clients, designers, and contractors, ensuring all project elements align safely.
Health & Safety Documentation
We collate and distribute pre-construction information, liaise with the principal contractor on safety matters, and manage the health and safety file.
